The Training Wheel

This book presents a simplified instructional design model, based on four phases of the problem solving process. There are four discrete kinds of activities in any problem solving process. They are gathering data; analyzing data; developing solutions; and taking action. The book includes an actual case study of an instructional design workshop conducted at Hughes Aircraft, along with 'how-to' worksheets and many anecdotes and real world examples.
