Despite incremental changes to the present corporate model over the last 150 years, this text argues that the limited company remains unashamedly Victorian. This analysis of the whole function and purpose of the corporation aims to address today's business needs. By proposing an organic model as opposed to regulatory impositions on the present model, and by bringing the free market mechanism to the heart of corporate activity, this work seeks an integrated solution.
