The thesis focuses on the work of Friederike Mayröcker, one of the most prominent authors of Austria. The study reveales the structure of the anticipation of artworks, the methods of their interpretation and the poetic rules for the quotation of art-related references. The study presumes, that art and literature, artworks and literary works of fiction as well as poems are two different systems which are differently percepted. The study also adresses the subject of Friederike Mayröckers references to assumptions of different philosophers regarding the perception and observation of artworks.
