Interworking in Broadband Networks

A selection of papers on global networking using heterogenous networks. Covering the DQDB MAN, high speed LANs and B-ISDN interworking, it addresses the strategical issues in Trans-European networking, concepts, status of standards, network interworking issues, service interworking issues, protocol conversion (ATM adaptation layers), experience with broadband network platforms and performance related issues. It also looks at unresolved issues in order to stimulate on-going research and development activities.
