As the third volume of the Annuals, this book records the events from 2016 to 2018. These three years encompass the publication of the Library Lending System of the University of International Business and Economics (2015), undertaking legal cases involving intellectual property rights, resolving disputes with database suppliers, and the initiation of the reorganization of the library's underground collection.
