International Wordbook of Gastroenterology

This dictionary provides translations of gastroenterological terms from English (American and English spellings) into French, German, Italian and Spanish. Each language begins a separate section so that, within a single volume, the reader can translate from Italian to French just as easily as from English to German. Each section concludes with a list of standard abbreviations of that language. The appendices reproduce the standard anatomical drawings of gastroenterology with the main features identified in all five languages.
