The current volume brings together a range of contributions dedicated to diverse material evidence in various Turkish regions from different periods: Besides the investigation of the Late Chalcolithic pottery of the Malatya and Altınova plains; a search for clues of the archaeologically hitherto elusive population group of the Kaskäer; the presentation of a corpus of more than 30 Imperial period console blocks with colossal protomes of animals and mythological figures from the Hadrianic Baths of Aphrodisias; the investigation and reconstruction of monolithic slabs from the liturgical furnishing of the City Basilica of Patara; the presentation of a Byzantine settlement archaeology in the upper Siberis/Kirmir river valley with various Early and Middle Byzantine monuments that has hardly been illuminated so far; the publication of a hoard find consisting of 81 coins from Palaiologan Pergamon and the presentation of three decontextualised individual finds of Phrygian fibulae from the pre-Archaic Iron Age of Pergamon.
