This looseleaf work is a source of information for various properties of pure chemicals and includes data on a total of 1284 compounds. Supplement three includes new data for 72 chemicals, as well as new references, replacement tables for acids, synonyms and names lists. Approved by the AIChE and the National Standard Reference Data Service of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, this compilation contains critically evaluated, internally consistant data that follows the laws of physical chemistry. For each chemical, 26 property constants and 13 temperature-dependent properties are provided. Where necessary, values are estimated by the best available methods. Extensive tabulations of physical constants and equations for calculating temperature-dependent properties are given, as well as reference, notes and quality codes.
