Her research encompasses ethics, forensics, and cross-cultural studies. Formerly a practicing clinical and forensic psychologist for over 25 years, she was also an expert witness for many years. As a clinical hypnotherapist, she was president of the Canadian Federation of Clinical Hypnosis-Alberta Division, teaching clinical hypnosis to healthcare professionals for many years.
