Memory and Amnesia

Part I of the book provides an introduction to psychological theories of memory - it assumes no prior knowledge of the subject. Part II is a systematic exploration of memory disorders which begins with an account of how clinicians assess memory function. Following this the various causes of amnesia are considered in turn, and approaches to remediation are discussed.
