The Second International Meeting on Optogalvanic Spectroscopy and allied topics was held at Strathclyde University in August 1990. This volume contains invited lectures, contributed papers and poster papers which cover a wide range of the latest spectroscopic techniques. The proceedings are divided into nine sections relating to various aspects of the subject.
