I have written this book, Strategic Management for Global Business Leaders, due to the current disasters faced by businesses globally. The COVID-19 pandemic revealed that global business leaders were ill-prepared for the devastating effects of the disease. This book aims to provide strategies that a leader must create to have a capable team to improve customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and corporate social responsibility as the primary goals. Innovation in service delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic proved to be vital; hence, consumers have diverted to social media and digital services. The global supply chain was supported with 3D printing to ensure rapid delivery to customers. At the same time, employees had to deliver their services from home or remote locations. This book provides tips for strategic management that will be relevant for many centuries, as YEAR 3000 has been projected on the book cover.
