The Diplomatic Record 1989-1990

A book of information on international diplomatic relations. Each yearbook features original essays on important negotiations during the year, as well as sections on forthcoming negotiations, a chronology of diplomatic events for the year in review and a comprehensive bibliography of current diplomacy-related publications.
