Embedding Risk Management in Private Equity

This book looks at how practically embedding risk management in a Private Equity house works. On the surface Private Equity is a simple business but there are nuances and issues around the various relationships the Private Equity firm has with fund providers, service organisations, investee companies, and around the internal operations of the firm which throw up specific and unique risks. The book looks at each area of the business model and look at both how to identify risk/categorise risk/control risk and also provide insight into what the risks are. There will be case studies throughout.
