European Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) and Protocol of Signature 1998

This publication is a legally-binding agreement for road hauliers in the European Union, coming into effect in January 1999. It lists and defines various dangerous substances that may be carried by road, and the Protocol of Signatures, annexes and amendments, and discusses packaging, test requirements, radioactive materials, containers, cleaning and labelling.
