Part 2 covers procurement strategies covering traditional approaches; design and build; prime contracting; management contracts; and PFI/PPP. Part 3 covers other procurement aspects such as partnering; incentivisation; KPIs; risk; supply chains; operating, maintenance and compliance periods; framework contracts; value management; novation; and early contractor involvement.
