NEC3 Supply Short Contract

'The NEC3 Supply Short Contract' is the first standardised set of contract terms for the purchasing of simple, domestic and international supply of goods. The supply short contract deals with the purchasing of goods with low risk/value such as stationery, store goods, simple plant equipment etc. Launching in February 2010 and accompanied by explanatory "Guidance Notes and Flow Charts" (purchased separately), these new documents enable NEC3 to be used as a complete procurement solution across works, services and supply.
