Michaela Morgan is the author of more than 200 books, including picture books, fiction, non-fiction and poetry. Her poetry is very widely anthologised in UK and internationally. Michaela compiled Words to Whisper Words to SHOUT (shortlisted for BBC Blue Peter Award) and edited and contributed to Wonderland: Alice in Poetry (shortlisted for the CLiPPA Award); She co-wrote Reaching the Stars: Poems about Extraordinary Women and Girls (with Liz Brownlee and Jane Dean) which won the North Somerset Teachers' Award.
Nick Sharratt is illustrator of almost 300 books as well as being an author in his own right. He studied Illustration at Manchester Polytechnic and Graphic Design at St Martin's School of Art in London. Authors he has worked with include Julia Donaldson, Michael Rosen, and Dame Jacqueline Wilson. He has been official illustrator for World Book Day, and with Katrina Charman won the 2021 BookTrust Storytime Prize. In 2022 he was named BookTrust's Writer-Illustrator in residence. Nick lives in Brighton, Sussex.
