In this work, the author presents a completely new treatment of the homology operations QS0. This approach employs the Burnside rings and produces results that are much sharper than previous results. As an application, the author improves Tsuchiya's claim and generalizes Priddy's multiplicative Kahn-Proddy theorem to apply to any prime.
