Numerical Analysis of Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits: 7th

This volume contains selected, full-length papers from the Seventh International conference on the numerical analysis of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits (NASECODE VII) held in Copper Mountain, Colorado in April 1991. It provides a detailed cross-section of many of the important developments in this field. It comprises 39 papers by experts from a wide range of countries and organizations. The papers given are grouped into sections covering device modeling, new quantum well devices, energy transport modeling, process simulation, circuit modeling, confrontation with experiment, computational techniques, mathematical techniques, waveform relaxation, Monte Carlo simulations and techniques, and physical aspects. Several papers from the software forum held at the meeting are also presented.
