Microsoft Windows for Pen Computing Programmer's Reference

This is a guide to understanding the application programme interface used when creating "pen-specific" or "pen-aware" software. Pen Windows is a set of extensions to Windows 3.1 that will ship with pen-based computer systems from NEC, HP and Zenith. Many existing programs will need to become pen-aware to remain competitive - word processors, for example. For the primary applications developer, Pen Windows machines will have broad corporate applications, so primary developers will be largely employed by corporations.
