A Heart of Gold

Eleven-year-old Neo doesnt want to move away from the only home hes ever knownthe home that contains all the memories of his late father. When he and his mother relocate from San Francisco to Long Beach, California, Neo doesnt find much to be curious or excited about until he looks out the window of his new room. What is it about the strange old woman on the porch across the street? Neo is inexplicably drawn to her as a neighborly gesture results in some life-altering adventures for the young boy and his mother.
