The book that the reader has in his hands has as its main objective to elucidate an area of intervention in Forensic Psychology, which deals with the clinical study of the witness, reason to call it "Psychology of Testimony", which is also developed in court as evidence proposed by any of the parties in dispute when there are doubts about the veracity, either by criteria of credibility, accuracy, capacity, among others. It is important to mention that this work is not documentary, nor does it pretend to be flooded with quotes from other similar works with concepts, authors, theories, etc., more than the necessary technical and literary series; that is, it traces the way for psychologists to be able to intervene in a scientific and suitable way in court. The author's criterion is formed from true cases that have been nurtured by the experience provided by the field of study itself; he wants to give clarity and at the same time be critical of the role of the psychologist in the legal field, so the proposal goes beyond the aesthetic discourse and the care of the expressions to achieve the objective.
