Sweet Treats

Each book in "The Finishing Touch" series contains 35 recipes for the "extras" which round off a special occasion. Many sweet treats and delicacies are covered in the series, from petit fours and marzipan fruits, creamy fudge and coconut ice to chocolate truffles and sacher torte. Recipes for festive occasions are also included - hot cross buns and easter eggs, mince pies and stollen, and Danish wedding cake and croquembroche.
