Scheduling with SureTrack

A visual, step-by-step introduction to construction project control techniques. This text includes the traditional theory on planning, scheduling, and controlling construction projects, and incorporates the use of Primavera's SureTrak software into all facets of project control. The student is exposed to on-screen images, as well as the manipulation of hard copy prints, in order to gain communication and demonstration skills. Step-by-step tutorials lead students through the coursework. This text may be used as a stand-alone resource or in conjunction with other more traditional planning/scheduling texts.
