Rosemary Lyster

Rosemary Lyster is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Sydney, and Director of the Australian Centre for Environmental Law (Sydney).
Rosemary teaches Energy Law, Water Law, GMOs and Environmental Law, Environmental Dispute Resolution, Asia Pacific Environmental Law and Comparative Environmental Law.
Rosemary is co-editor of the Asia Pacific Journal of Environmental Law and the Energy and Water, and Special Editor of the Environmental Planning and Law Journal. Rosemary is a member of the IUCN - The World Conservation Union Commission on Environmental Law. She is Chair of the Commission's Special Working Group on Water and Wetlands, and is a member of the Special Working Group on Energy and Climate Change.

Zada Lipman

Zada Lipman is a Professor in the Division of Law, Macquarie University. Over the past twenty five years, she has been teaching and researching in the area of environmental law. She is currently teaching pollution law and planning law.
Zada is the Australian editor of the Environmental Liability Journal and is the New South Wales and Pollution Special Editor of the Environmental and Planning Law Journal.
Zada is a member of the IUCN - the World Conservation Union Commission on Environmental Law. She is a member of the Commission's Special Working Group on Enforcement and Compliance and a member of the Special Working Group on Oceans, Coasts and Coral Reefs.
