Written for transport managers, this book illustrates and explains many of the documents which are required to be completed by the transport manager. Over 100 documents are covered including tachograph charts, SAD customs documents, goods vehicles and test plating certificates, CMR international haulage consignment notes, motor vehicle certificates of insurance, application for a new operator's licence and the European Agreement Statement of Facts following a motor vehicle accident. The author has also written "The Transport Manager's and Operator's Handbook", "The Tachograph Manual" and "The Transport and Distribution Manager's Guide to 1992".
