He has over 8 years of experience in teaching, research, and industry. His areas of research interests include Smart Manufacturing, Digital Twin, Condition Monitoring, Composites, Cryogenic Treatment, Additive manufacturing, and Hard materials machining. He has authored more than 28 international/national journal and conferences publications.
Dr. Arunkumar Bongale is an Associate Professor in the Mechanical Engineering department at the Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, India. He has his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a master's degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. His research interests are Smart manufacturing, Robotics and Automation, material science, heat treatment, composite materials, and composite coating technology. Dr. R Suresh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, Bangalore, India.
