About the Authors Todd A. Kleinke, CPA, MCSD, MCSE, is a senior analyst at KSM Consulting, LLC. In his capacity as an accounting and management consultant, he develops custom applications and specializes in the integration and automation of business processes. Currently, Todd designs and develops various intranet applications at Dow AgroSciences, as well as custom sales automation applications that use Outlook and many of the latest Microsoft technologies. Todd presented his Outlook applications at a recent Microsoft Exchange conference.
