The Gut Microbiome Healthy Cookbook

I started writing five years ago. I am now seventy one years old. I was keeping notes of my horrific daily experiences with my numerous medical problems. At first it was a necessary distraction of my daily constant fears of dying. I had a cardio version nine years ago which left me with an almost constant arrhythmia.Then five years ago a chiropractor decided to work on my neck and disconnected my ATLAS. This was another life threatening situation with irrational blood pressure readings. I would lose my balance and fall down, I would also lose my eyesight outside at night and it absolutely aged me by twenty years. It was such a shock. I have owned an organic small herb farm and it was nearly impossible to care for it along with my pets and working animals. I started typing at only half an hour at a time. My neck would hurt after half an hour of looking at the computer. Since I would vertigo when I placed my head on my pillow I became a night owl. I stayed up later and later typing till I was so exhausted when I found my bed I would just collapse so I would not deal with the frightening vertigo. My only comfort were my animals. Yes they were a lot of work but they brought me comfort. I also needed to be needed. I still have them. I had to close my farm gates because of all the countless medical appointments so many times I have lost all of my farm customers. Living on just social security was not enough income.
I also remembered I had promised my mother to write my father's story as I was leaving all alone, a young girl of just thirteen coming to America in 1962. I concentrated and at first I struggled remembering over six decades worth of memories. Soon the more I typed the more I remembered like self hypnosis. It took me over four years to finish the first book Greek Girl's Secrets and now the second book is getting printed after five years. This next book is the work of ten years before all the medical problems. My farm customers kept on asking me to write a cook book. Since I am Greek American I have wonderful sought after vintage healthy recipes from my mother. At my little unique organic farm (just google: A H Herb' n Craft Farm) I have raised my own food for over thirty three years. Through this organic health giving fresh food I was able to survive all these medical problems including my cancer diagnosed over four years ago. I am treating my own cancer and to my hematologist's (blood doctor) surprise I am keeping my white blood cells down to a minimum. So now I have decided to incorporate my survival and over sixty pages of healing and preventing disease from a person that has been there and done this. Solutions real solutions to coping with disease naturally. I say your health is in your hands truly. This next book is called THE GUT MICROBIOME HEALTHY COOK BOOK. It is an unusual cook book with one third of the book in healing and prevention of common diseases using good foods, herbs, natural remedies and even using what is growing in your yard wild. I also had written and saved over forty years many amazing animal stories on my own personal pets and on my own show rabbits. So now I am publishing all these true accumulated stories of years gone by. The title on these stories is:TRUE AMAZING ANIMAL STORIES. Again MY MEMOIRS is an accumulation of personal stories since I was twelve. I am also working on a book titled FORGIVENESS and strictly a book on my own father Achillea. I also found out I like writing.
