Kyunghee Kim is a poet, writer, and a public school educator. When writing, she often draws on her own Korean American experiences and explores themes of identity and belonging. She believes that stories have the power to bring connection and compassion. Kyunghee lives in Ypsilanti, Michigan with her husband whom she enjoys going on hikes and food adventures with. She writes for both children and adults.
