Corporate Governance of Financial Institutions in Korea in a comparative Perspective

This study aims to critically assess the legal rules governing corporate governance of financial institutions in Korea through an interdisciplinary framework. It provides important insight into policy issues for Korea and to serve primarily as a qualitative tool to analyze and understand policy implementation.
