About the Author Trevor Kay holds three CompTIA certifications: A+, Network+, and Server+, and was a member of the beta-testing group for the Server+ certification. Born and raised in London, Ontario Canada, he started in IT as a desktop publisher for a local museum. He has since held many positions including IT helpdesk consultant, technical support, and network administrator. He also had a key role in the Y2K project for one of the largest financial organizations in Canada.
