Kalinka Kaloyanova is a Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University, Bulgaria, and a Researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the Bulgarian Academy of Science. She is the founder and long-time President of the Bulgarian Chapter of the Association for Information Systems. She is also the author of more than 80 publications on database systems, information systems, and IT service management, and has extensive scientific and practical experience in these fields.
