European Economic Community Competition Law Handbook 1993

The "EEC Competition Law Handbook" is designed as a finding-guide and index to the subject, published annually. The handbook starts with tables of all competition cases and decisions handed down during the previous year, with full references to Common Market Law Reports, European Court Reports and the CCH Common Market Reporter. The main body of text consists of lists of all relevant references (treaty articles, cases, decisions, legislation) arranged topic by topic. The relevant legislative texts are set out in full at the appropriate point in the book. Additional features include a full bibliography and a list of members of DGIV of the EC Commission, a user guide, a detailed index and tinted pages to guide readers quickly to the section of the book they want to use. The handbook is designed not as a collection of legislation, nor a narrative commentary, but as an index to EEC competition law which should provide a useful desktop reference work for busy practitioners. This reference work is also suitable for use in Scotland.
