Coverage has been expanded to include molecular biology applied to cell biological systems, cell-cell interactions, cell surface and receptor phenomena. Special topical volumes in areas of particular growth and interest are forthcoming. These volumes will include such topics as mitochondrial genomes and the molecular biology of membrane transport.
