Functions of a Manager in Occupational Therapy

This third edition discusses many topics to help define the roles, challenges, and goals of a manager in a changing health care environment. Additions include two new chapters on "Change Management" and "Leadership and Organizational Behavior". Chapters have been updated and the "Cost Management" chapter has been revised to reflect the additional responsibilites placed upon the occupational therapy practioner.
