This annually revised career guide originated as part of the JIIG-CAL programme, one of the United Kingdom's leading career guidance and education systems, which is now used by most of the country's local education authorities. Designed as an aid to careers staff, teachers and students, the book gives answers to the key questions about over 600 jobs, explaining what each job involves, what qualifications are needed, whether any special skills or personal qualities are necessary and where readers can discover more information about the fields that interest them. "Jobfile" now includes qualification descriptions for GCSE and Standard Grades.
