(Northeastern Naturalist) Because of its dimensions... and mass..., the book is unlikely to replace the Peterson or Audubon Field Guide in your backpack. Nonetheless, it will be an important source of information on the natural history and distribution for the amphibians and reptiles of the Northeast.
