Methods of Eastern healing in a nutshell
At a time when interest in Chinese medicine is increasing in popularity, this is a lay-person's guide to understanding the workings of the body, detecting imbalances and self healing, and an excellent guide to finding and working with a practitioner.
Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Qi Gong, tui na massage and diet therapy have been used by the Chinese for over 2000 years and work on the notion of prevention rather than cure - something that is often overlooked in Western approaches to medicine.
Includes:

* Traditional Chinese Diagnosis
* Acupuncture and Moxibustion - balancing your energy
* How Chinese Herbal Medicine can work in tandem with Western Medical diagnosis.
* Qi Gong exercises to transform your energy
* Chinese Dietetics to nourish your energy
