Drawing on sources ranging from ancient Greek mythology to the findings of modern psychology, this text and CD-ROM aim to explain and provide methods to enhance connections between obtuse dream symbols and real-life events, attitudes and feelings. The diskette, which runs on Windows, contains both a programme for analyzing dreams and a personal electronic dream journal.
