This work is designed for systems administrators making the transition to Sun's "Solaris 2" system environment. This system is relevant not only to SunOS administrators, but also to Intel-based workstations, since Solaris runs on both. SunOS administrators should be able to make a smooth transition to the Solaris system with the help of this book, and Intel users, less familiar with UNIX, are also carefully guided towards success.
