The Upton Park Encyclopedia

This is a comprehensive encyclopedia of West Ham United Football Club, containing over 400 entries detailing statistics, biographies, and glorious and inglorious times. Originally known as the Thames Ironworks, they sucessfully captured the Second Division title in 1958 and 1981, and won the FA Cup in 1964, 1975 and 1980. They also achieved the European Cup Winner's Cup in 1965. West Ham can boast many of the greatest names in the history of the game: Bobby Moore, Geoff Hurst, Martin Peters, Trevor Brooking, Frank Lampard and Billy Bonds.
