Huntington's Disease

Huntington's chorea is a rare hereditary disease characterized by quick involuntary movements, speech disturbances and mental deterioration caused by degenerative changes in the cerebral cortex and basal ganglia. Professor Harper and his colleagues have been working on this disease for the past 15 to 20 years and this monograph brings together the results of their findings over this period.
