Once a month - for one hour only - in one random American town, every vehicle comes alive. More than alive - possessed and intent on killing everyone in its path. Into this chaos comes a band of escaped convicts and a small group of apparently scientific...priests? Are the killer cars a sign of the end-times - a message from hell? Or is the whole event a technological fake orchestrated by a shadowy conspiracy? Or is the truth even crazier?
