North Korea is probably the most feared and the least known state in the world. The name of the Great Leader Kim Jong-un echoes in the news' titles about conflicts with U.S.A and nuclear threats. But what do we really know about that far and mysterious country? During the summer of 2017 the author of this suggestive travel journal visited the country, making a strictly controlled trip by the State, as might be expected. Yet you could be surprised finding out that North Korea isn't in crisis - as usually told - but it's actually an expanding reality, starting from the capital city, Pyonyang. Even the rigid orthodoxy and the maniacal cult for the image of the state chiefs have their limits, leaving a glimpse of real and tangible spaces of freedom.
