She has over 20 years of experience as a Magnet Coordinator, Clinical Nurse Educator, Research Nurse Coordinator, and Compliance Officer, and is currently the Assistant Director of Research and Resources and an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing at the University of Southern Maine.
