International Law for Antarctica

The increasing interest of the scientific community in Antarctica and the dynamic evolution of the Antarctic question in international law and politics led scholars and experts from different parts of the world to participate in an ongoing research project carried out in various Italian universities.

<p class=copymedium>The result differs from simply a second edition of the previous book. Topics such as environmental protection, liability, and institutional development have received an entirely new treatment. The editors have carefully coordinated the 21 individual contributions in the book so as to properly cover the whole range of topics while preserving its pluralistic character.
