Sandra L. Foster, PhD, PCC, is a business coach and peak performance psychology expert now based in Charleston, South Carolina, after living and working in Europe for eight years. She is a licensed psychologist, a Chartered British Psychologist, and holds the International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach Credential. She has been a College of Executive Coaching senior faculty member since 2001. She was a principal in Korn/Ferry International s Leadership & Talent Consulting group, based in London and then in Los Angeles, before returning to independent coaching and consulting practice. Her clients are executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs, as well as musicians, actors, and writers. Dr. Foster received her doctorate from Stanford University and served on the faculty as acting assistant professor and consulting associate professor. She speaks internationally on performance enhancement for leaders and positive psychology in coaching. Dr. Foster is the co-author of two sport psychology books and numerous scholarly articles and book chapters.
