Clergy Under Stress

As an academic, the author of this book developed a questionnaire about stress. Knowing nothing about the Church or homosexuality, he found himself together with one of his MSc students conducting a research into stress among the clergy and then among a group of gay clergy. This book tells the results of his study and is relevant to the gay community, Synod members who are making decisions about the employment and treatment of homosexual clergy and all concerned with equal opportunities and human rights.
